So, you've built your rails 3.0 beta app and now it's time to deploy it. How? Where? Is the cloud a viable option? In this workshop, we'll discuss reasons for going to the 'cloud,' tricky things and tricks for working with it and show you hands-on how to get a sinatra app running in EC2, Heroku and Rackspace. We'll work withs ome cool tools and demo beehive, a new open-source platform as a service application framework. We'll all do this hands-on and live. This course will start beginner and move to advaned usage of the cloud. Little to no experience is required.
